Web Hosting
You can request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Your account will be deleted and your money returned.
Domain name
You can request a refund within 3 days from the purchase date. We will delete your domain and refund your money. You cannot request a refund over 3 days from the purchase date. We can however transfer your domain name to any other registrar of your choice.
Web Design
You can request a refund within 2 weeks from the purchase date. We will subtract any cost incurred like domain name registration, web hosting, and any other associated cost. The balance shall be refunded to you.
Note: Some refunds have transaction costs. Any associated transaction cost shall be deducted and the balance sent to you.
